WAS IST DIE EIGENBLUTBEHANDLUNG?

Die Eigenbluttherapie macht sich ein aus Vollblut gewonnenes Thrombozytenkonzentrat zunutze, welches wissenschaftlich als Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) bezeichnet wird.

Eine hohe Anzahl freigesetzter Wachstumsfaktoren stimuliert die natürlichen mesenchymalen Stammzellen, durch die der natürliche Vorgang der Geweberegeneration und die Produktion von Kollagen gesteuert wird. Aus dieser Behandlung resultiert eine bessere Hauttextur, die ganz natürlich revitalisiert wird.

WIE WIRD DIE DT-PRP EINGESETZT?

DT-PRP wird mit Hilfe der verschiedenen DT-PRP Kits durchgeführt, mit welchen man das Blut des Patienten gewinnt. Dieses Blut ist reich an Wachstumsfaktoren, welche die Geweberegeneration der Haut steuern.

Da die Dracula Therapie ausschließlich mit patienteneigenem Blut durchgeführt wird, besteht keinerlei Gefahr einer allergischen Reaktion oder einer Unverträglichkeit. Die Aufbereitung von Blut ist ein sehr einfaches, schnelles und sicheres Verfahren. Das Blut des Patienten wird zentrifugiert, wodurch die Blutplättchen von den Erythozyten separiert werden.

Durch ein spezielles Trenngel in den Reagenzien wird eine exakte Isolation von roten Blutzellen erreicht. Das gewonnene Plasma wird nach der Aufbereitung entweder sofort verwendet oder mit einem aktivierenden Zusatz (Calcium) versehen, welches die Wachstumsfaktoren aktiviert.

Die klinischen Ergebnisse der Dracula Therapie

Platelet Rich Plasme (PRP) kann als progressive, nicht invasive Behandlung in vielen Bereichen angewendet werden; unter anderem in der Sportmedizin und der Orthopädie

PRP ist eine Fraktion autologen Plasmas mit supraphysiologischer Konzentration an Plättchen.

Plättchen enthalten α-Granulate, die Zytokine, Wachstumsfaktoren und bioaktive Proteine, die essentiell für die Gewebereparatur und die Heilung sind, beinhalten. Kommt es zur Verletzung, initiieren die Plttchen die Blutkoagulation und setzen Wachstumsfaktoren frei, die die nachfolgende Heilung aktivieren (PDGF, TGF, VEGF, EGF etc.)
